December 25, 2007i think drinking red wine at 10 in the morning while watching Georgie's dad die on Grey's Anatomy is so not the best thing to do on christmas day…but the bebe went to work, the bebe's parents are still fast asleep, my bro is in la union, my sis and mom are somewhere else and the only thing i wanted to do was lie comatose under my comforter and wait for christmas to pass by…im not channeling ebenezer scrooge…im just…sleepy…

December 17, 2007OMG its a week before christmas!
honestly, i dint notice! i was soooo busy with work…and OMG i haven't bought a single gift (save for the bebe whom ive bought one last week before i totally foget)!
good thing is, the bebe's parents are coming over for christmas on the 22nd so i don't really have to worry about preparing food or shopping for food since his mom is an ace when it comes to that. but i promised to make beef ravioli and choco walnut tarts…and…i don't even know when il start preparing for it…initially i planned on making the raviolis and tart shells ahead of time then freezing them so its easier that way…but…i totally forgot about it…omg.
and the shopping for gifts! my holiday vacation starts on the 23rd…meaning il be rushing in and out of malls buying gifts and having them wrapped in time for the 24th…arghh…just thinking about it makes me wanna crawl back to bed and sleep…
a week before christmas and i still have to: finish printing our company brochure, start with the printing of the tarps, finish the lay-out for the visual aids, finish all the proposal letters…aaccckkkkkk
ok gotta get back to work…il think of christmas later!

December 9, 2007its 2:51 in the morning. just got home from a night out. had tall glasses of vodka tonic + beer. im semi-plastered. but since im a workaholic, ive-got-to-check-my-mails-before-hitting-the-sack. typing is an effort, i tells you.
ok. im goin to bed now. have to go to the office at 9am. yeah im a work whore.

wasn't able to edit this post yesterday. i spent the morning doing reports, nap time for a good hour or more and watched Hell's Kitchen online until 5pm…here…at…the…office…
yesterday was our 49th month together. i forgot. the bebe greeted me at 8pm when he got home. he kinda hinted it over the phone when i called their office earlier that day…but my brain was still plastered so it dint register. i felt like crap for forgetting. i mean, the girl side in a relationship should never forget things like anniversaries or what was worn on the first date…what we ordered…what we said to each other…but i forgot. and it was not the first time…how can i not forget to call a client a week after setting the call time or the exact measurements of my advertising tarps after it has been sized up 3 days ago then forget to greet the bebe on our 49th monthsary…
he did express his sentiment over me forgetting but he's not 4 so why make a big deal about it. yeah im harsh. but my mind was everywhere for the past 3 or 4 weeks. i was all work. when i wake up, inside a cab, when im taking a bath, having lunch…all i think about is work…how can i make things right? am i missing anything? did i send the email? did i get the correct rates? yeah…marketing in all its glory. so the bebe understands that. but im not forgiving myself yet. ive got to do something about excessively forgetting monthsaries.
watched THE HOLIDAY before hitting the sack. i wanted to cry but my brother was with me in the room and i would never cry (even if its because of a movie) with my brother in the same room.
i want to exchange homes for Christmas. anyone?

well it was friday, and ive finished all reports and the PC i was using at the office was newly reformatted and i was bored to death…so instead of makng a simple text-form-list, i decided to group them all in pretty little boxes with pretty little headers and captions…so there…

what's a list (for me) without airsoft. its on the top…uh huh, the airsoft addict has completely taken over the geek in me.
1. olive drab air force cap - will go well with my olive drab flight suit BDU
2. mesh mask - so very Transformers!
3. Scott Vectra mesh mask with neck guard and detachable visor
4. MP5 SD6, all metal
5. mini MP5 with foregrip - perfect for assault!
oh oh and before i forget, that guy in all black? nothin…i just like his porma so much…wakoko

im still a geek so ive got only 2 things on my LIST:
1. a new cellphone - i don't care what brand, as long as it can send/receive both text messages and calls…i don't need internet on my phone, i think i have too much already at home and at work
2. powerbook to lie in the grass while doing my sales trend analysis…like that guy on the picture…wehehe

i gotta stop my craziness with BDU's (Battle Dress Uniform) cuz i can't wear those to work
1. a nice pair of jeans…or two (well…i already bought one 3 hours ago!)
2. a warm, knitted turtleneck - cuz being a baguio girl, i can't get enough of my turtlenecks…its already freezing again here…i particularly like the one on the pic (got. to. order. now. online.)
ACCESORIES
just some random stuff…to replace some random stuff i have…
1. a pair of eyeglasses (or a new frame for my glasses) - im delinquent in squashing my own glasses because i never wear them (unless im dying of migraine)…i tend to sit on it on our couch all.the.time…already scheduled to get it fixed this weekend
2. a new pair of loafers - every girl needs them (i guess)…i want mine a combination of black and white cuz pure white would require me to wear white stockings and a crisp white dress and pure black is waayyy to formal…i ordered one already…will have it next week…yey
pretty easy for me to make the LIST since i really know what i want…notice there is no pretty coloured box for DVD's i want because i can buy one anytime (wooohooo thanks to the pirate gods of the universe) and/or download it…haha…

December 5, 2007what a way to start the month! like i mentioned on my last post, played airsoft with some guys from Loaog last saturday. had so much fun…as expected. nway, here's the 1st batch of our airsoft pix taken from the Ilocos Norte Airsoft Team (INAT) web forum (inat.editboard.com). will post more once my team posts our side of pix…cant wait to show off those 2 hematoma-lookingpelts i was talking about! airsoft addict…present!
December 1, 2007got home at 7pm from an airsoft game with our airsofter friends from Loaog who arrived last night.
my face is sunburned. my left arm is sprained. my right arm has 2 ugly hematoma-looking pelts.
i played straight from10am to 5pm, stopping for lunch and 15 min rests.
thus my body felt like ive been thrown up into the air and into the ground a kadillion times, and the 9-10degree freezing temp we have right now doesn't help a bit.
but damn, i had an amazing time.
the airsoft addict is back.
