why going on Break 4 minutes early is important

im soooo pissed off right now. im just amazed with how strong my willpower is to prevent myself from acting and sounding really bitchy at this customer im currently speaking with. argh. asshole. 

yeah i act really hateful sometimes (but im a really friendly and happy person, honest!) but i dunno…right now im just really pissed off…

4 minutes before i log my phone to Break mode, a call came in, how lucky is that? *bitch, bitch, bitch* the guy is so effing stupid i had to repeat his login name and password a kadillion times before he gets authenticated on the network. right now, we're going from safemode to normal mode and back again because stupid Internet Explorer won't let the customer open a webpage. so we just uinstalled IE 7.0 and reverted back to IE 6.0. crazy computer still won't let us open up a page. *at this point im honestly ready to cry from frustration* take note: im writing this post on Real Time, meaning im currently trying to fix this sucker's life, oh correction, im currently troubleshooting with the customer. so right now, im just not in the mood to unleash the geek goddess in me so im skipping some steps and went straight to doing system restore on his PC so i can rant, ooopsss…blog, i mean. he's claiming he was able to go online the day before so why not travel through time and revert the PC when it didn't act like a moron?! so we're waiting…it takes the PC a million years to reboot. what frustrates me really is that i can clearly see the customer is already online! *yup we have a thingmajig software that allows us to see that* so im just banging my head (not literally) because i so wanna play more orisinal games before i go home! gaahhh…system restore dint work. that's like, the final draw for me cuz we are advised not to help further than system restore (because we are DSL tech support so we can't care enough if our customers' PC's are fucked up). but moronic cust decided to do a spyware scan (without my permission!) which usually takes about 10 mins to 100 hours depending on how ancient your computer is! we don't need to do a freakin' spyware scan! aaaargghhhh!!!!!! i was sooo fed up i told him quite frankly that we're just wasting precious time on the phone trying to make sense out of his life, erm…trying to figure out what's wrong with his PC.he gives up and i tell him to go to hell…as if…well yeah i told him to get a computer expert try to figure out what what's wrong with his PC since i don't give a damn because i can see him online on our network so its not a problem from our end. ha! finally logged out after almost 2 hours of craziness. *loud sigh of relief*

on a lighter note, today is my last punch! tomorrow and the day after that (friday and saturday) are my day offs then im on vacation leave from sunday to tuesday! *insert humongous smile here* 

will try to blog then…gawd im so excited bout goin down manila because i might get a chance to play with airsofter from manila! *after all the internal groaning due that pesky call, the idea of not seeing my office PC for 5 days just can't erase the smile i have plastered on my face*
