the hangover after christmas ( a sequel)
December 26, 2006it sucks when you have to go to work the day after christmas.
and it sucks more when you have to go to work the day after christmas with a splendid hangover.
…………………………….. <—–this is my brain right now. non-functional.
we had an amazing noche buena. my family. my Be's family. all of us cramped together at our quaint apartment. so far, id say this is one of the best christmases we had, especially that my mom and sister were ale to join us for christmas eve…i was just saddened for a tiny moment cuz my brother went to my lola's house in la union (he volunteered to represent me and my sis) for christmas…
anyhoo, there was so much food and so much laughter and so much photo-ops…and yes, who can forget the wine? while the oldies troubled themselves on how to uncork their red wine, we (especially me) made a bee line for the white wine…it was soooo good…so sweet and tangy that i was still drinking the next morning. thus, the predicted hangover continue to hover over my tired and throbbing head. but hey, its christmas, everybody knows its difficult to stay sober on christmas!
