start of an addiction

why do i feel like throwing up after drinking a can of cold Mug Rootber? seriously, my head is spinning and i feel a little dizzy. i wonder….

anyhoo, wasn't able to blog about me finally taking the plunge and indulging my Be on his current hobby by taking part of it. im talking about Airsoft! just do a clickety-click here for further info about the game which has now become a sudden rage here in baguio.

moving on, last saturday was planned for me and my Be to go malling and watch a movie but it so happened that the there was also an airsoft game scheduled for those who have time to play. my Be couldn't say no to the guys so we decided that he would play for atleast 2 hours and i will accompany him. he was begging for me to play but i was not in the mood. we arrived at the gamesite with all the guys geared up. i was a sore thumb on my jeans! they kept on pleading for me to play and i know i have a number reasons not to.

#1 i am not wearing a proper attire.

#2 i don't even have a jacket to atleast cover my arms.

#3 i don't have a headgear such as bonnet or a helmet.

#4 i don't have a facemask or even goggles to cover my eyes/face.

#5 i don't have a gun!

so i just sat down happily and listened to my mp3 while the other guys continue gearing up and testing their equipment. when time came for the games to start, the guys directed on me again and this time armed with the following:

#1 black jacket

#2 bonnet

#3 face mask

#4 gun!

ack! there's no escape. maybe its half my fault cuz i was wearing my new high cut-slash-boot style rubber shoes that day! ugh. i mean, my Be was willing to play just wearing a shirt just so i can use his jacket and join them! i was handed a gas sniper gun and by that time my defenses were crumbling down and i finally gave in. everyone was so ecstatic.

it was crazy. i had a lot of mosquito bites on my neck and some bruises but it was waaayyy cool. can't wait for the next game! haha!
