at last!
April 3, 2006been having blogger’s block/lazy daisy syndrome as well as becoming a stress absorber/workaholic maniac for the past few days since i last blogged.
what’s new?
blogger’s block. there’s so much that happened for the past few days…friends visiting from manila…mini-parties at our new apartment…hysterial moments with my customers…hair-pulling issues with idiots…and its like each of these are titles that have subtitles which should have made it a lot more interesting…but my mind was a big black hole. and the results is…err…a big black hole. empty.
lazy daisy syndrome. quite related to blogger’s block. i have ideas stashed in my brain but my friendly neighborhood brain cells are just sitting with their margaritas and soaking up the sun. letters and words are all mishmashed with each other, swirling around and around with no hope of being stringed together to form coherent sentences and paragraphs. my brain is on vacation.
stress absorber. like i said, we moved in our new apartment. supposed to be scheduled last april 1, saturday, but a simple stroke of spontaenity garnished with stupidity had us hauling boxes and boxes of stuff friday afternoon. it was plain crazy. first, that leaves me a maximum 3-4 hours to eat/sleep/bath/prepare for work. second, im simply not ready to go through so much action. and lastly, i had barely 2 hours of sleep, i just got out from work and im super tired. result: all the stress in the world evaporated towards me. go figure.
workaholic maniac. here’s the best four words to elaborate this: six-day-work-week. or this: one-day-off-only. point taken? good.
and yes, i wanna go ahead and make more kwento but…im still down with lazy daisy syndrome and im here at work right now with 19 calls waiting on the queu and i haven’t taken in anything except a cup of choco fudge coffee 6 hours ago so im trying my best not to rant so il just go.
~.~
btw, im soooo loving our new place. housewarming will be a week after my birthday! that’ll be 2something weeks from now. i hope by then everything would have been in their proper places with no underwear on doorknobs, a box of shoes beside the tv, groceries on the sofa, water jug on the kitchen floor, and a roomful of trash. our crib is currently in a state of chaos. in a week or two it’ll be heaven. waha!
